**Poste : Technical Lead avec Expertise GeoTools (FR)**:
Lieu : Bruxelles, Belgique
Type : Hybride (Minimum 2 jours par semaine au bureau)
Exigence linguistique : Français (Niveau C2 du CECRL)
**Présentation du poste**:
Nous recherchons un Technical Lead expérimenté avec une expertise en GeoTools pour gérer et superviser tous les aspects techniques des projets géospatiaux et de développement. Ce rôle se concentre sur la conception, l’implémentation et la maintenance de solutions robustes utilisant GeoTools, JTS et d’autres outils géospatiaux avancés. Vous dirigerez la conception technique, superviserez les efforts de développement et garantirez une livraison de haute qualité tout en encadrant et en formant les membres de l’équipe. Votre capacité à mettre en œuvre des méthodologies Agile sera essentielle pour assurer le succès des projets.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Agir en tant que leader technique pour les projets géospatiaux, en supervisant tous les aspects techniques et en s’assurant qu’ils soient alignés avec les objectifs du projet.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions robustes utilisant GeoTools, JTS et QGIS pour les fonctionnalités géospatiales.
- Diriger le développement de services RESTful et les intégrer à divers systèmes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour créer des conceptions techniques et gérer le processus de conception.
- Encadrer et former les concepteurs techniques et les développeurs pour améliorer les performances de l’équipe.
- Assurer une exécution fluide des tâches de programmation, y compris le codage, les tests et le débogage.
- Mettre en œuvre les méthodologies Agile au sein de l’équipe et diriger les processus Agile.
**Compétences et qualifications requises**:
- Plus de 8 ans d’expérience dans les langages de programmation et les projets de développement.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que concepteur et leader technique dans des projets de développement.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience avec:
- JPA/Hibernate
- Spring Framework
- Développement de services RESTful.
- Expérience avec GeoTools, JTS, QGIS et Postgres/PostGIS.
- Compétence en JavaScript (minimum 1 an).
**Compétences préférées**:
- Expérience avec Node/npm pour le développement front-end.
- Capacité avérée à créer des conceptions techniques et à gérer les processus de conception.
- Solide expérience en codage, test et débogage pour une exécution fluide des tâches de programmation.
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies Agile et capacité à introduire et diriger les processus Agile dans les projets.
