**Functie: Technical Lead met GeoTools Expertise (NL)**:
Locatie: Brussel, België
Type: Hybride (Minimaal 2 dagen per week op kantoor)
Taalvereiste: Nederlands (CEFR-niveau C2)

**Functieoverzicht**:
We zoeken een ervaren Technical Lead met GeoTools-expertise om alle technische aspecten van geospatiale en ontwikkelingsprojecten te beheren en begeleiden. Deze rol richt zich op het ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van robuuste oplossingen met GeoTools, JTS en andere geavanceerde geospatiale tools. Je zult leiding geven aan technisch ontwerp, ontwikkelingsinspanningen coördineren en zorgen voor hoogwaardige levering, terwijl je teamleden begeleidt en coacht. Je vermogen om Agile-methodologieën toe te passen, zal essentieel zijn voor het succes van de projecten.

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Fungeren als technisch leider voor geospatiale projecten, waarbij je alle technische aspecten beheert en ervoor zorgt dat deze in lijn zijn met de projectdoelen.
- Ontwerpen en implementeren van robuuste oplossingen met GeoTools, JTS en QGIS voor geospatiale functionaliteiten.
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van applicaties met behulp van Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate en Postgres/PostGIS.
- Leiding geven aan de ontwikkeling van RESTful-services en integratie met verschillende systemen.
- Samenwerken met teams om technische ontwerpen te creëren en het ontwerpproces te beheren.
- Begeleiden en coachen van technische ontwerpers en ontwikkelaars om de teamprestaties te verbeteren.
- Zorgdragen voor een soepele uitvoering van programmeeropdrachten, inclusief coderen, testen en debuggen.
- Agile-ontwikkelmethodologieën toepassen binnen het team en Agile-processen leiden.

**Vereiste vaardigheden en kwalificaties**:

- Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in programmeertalen en ontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als ontwerper en technisch leider in ontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met:

- JPA/Hibernate
- Spring Framework
- RESTful-serviceontwikkeling.
- Ervaring met GeoTools, JTS, QGIS en Postgres/PostGIS.
- Vaardigheid in JavaScript (mínimaal 1 jaar).

**Gewenste vaardigheden**:

- Ervaring met Node/npm voor front-end ontwikkeling.
- Bewezen vermogen om technische ontwerpen te maken en ontwerpprocessen te beheren.
- Sterke ervaring in coderen, testen en debuggen voor een naadloze uitvoering van programmeertaken.
- Uitgebreide kennis van Agile-ontwikkelmethodologieën en het vermogen om Agile-processen in projecten te introduceren en te leiden.
