Description de fonction

Le département IT Energy Market & Realtime Applications & Projects est responsable de la réalisation et de la maintenance à long terme des outils IT servant aux processus opérationnels d’Elia. Ces derniers comprennent entre autres la gestion informatique du système de supervision et de contrôle en temps réel du réseau électrique (EMS/SCADA), les outils garantissant la sécurité d’approvisionnement, les outils pour faciliter les différents marchés de l’énergie ou encore l’échange de données avec les acteurs du marché.

La fonction s’inscrit également dans le cadre de la stratégie de digitalisation d’Elia Group. Le(La) chef de projet IT sera amené(e) à intervenir dans différents projets de modernisation d’échange d’information, en partenariat avec l’entité allemande 50 Hertz et/ou autres entités internes à Elia Belgique.

**Parmi les tâches principales figurent**:
La gestion de projets IT, incluant le lancement et le suivi de projets, la réalisation d'un plan d'implémentation, le suivi du scope, du budget et du calendrier, la gestion des problèmes et des risques, les rapports d'avancement, la documentation, etc. ;
La définition des priorités, en collaboration avec le business, au sein de votre portefeuille de projets ;
La collaboration et synchronisation avec les projets IT en amont ou en aval du projet que vous gérez au niveau de la gestion des contraintes de planning et la réalisation des synergies entre les projets ;
La mise à l'épreuve des requirements fournis par le business avant l’acceptation de ceux-ci ;
La validation et la vérification des cahiers des charges établis par le business et - dans le cas de développement interne de logiciels au sein d’Elia - les convertir en un design fonctionnel et technique basé sur les technologies Microsoft (.NET) ;
La gestion d’une équipe de développeurs internes et/ou externes, en collaboration avec le responsable technique pour les implémentations.NET ou le suivi détaillé de projets lors de l’achat de logiciels ou de développements externes ;
La validation d’une stratégie de tests et de l’approche qualité ainsi que leur suivi lors de la phase d’exécution ;
L’accompagnement des mises en production ;
Le soutien aux utilisateurs finaux (seconde ligne) ;
L’organisation et la priorisation de la maintenance des solutions développées.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation en informatique et/ou dans le domaine de l’électricité.

Vous bénéficiez de plusieurs années d'expérience pertinente en tant que IT project manager et/ou Business Analyst et/ou analyste fonctionnel et/ou product owner.

Une expérience en outils de simulations de réseaux et/ou systèmes EMS/SCADA est un plus (PowerFactory, PSE, PowSyBl, etc.).

Une expérience de développement en framework Scrum Agile et/ou en Lean est un plus.

Expérience dans des projets/produits basés sur une architecture Microsoft (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server) est un plus.

Vous pouvez facilement communiquer avec des développeurs sur le plan technique.

Des connaissances et de l’expérience dans le domaine de l’électricité/énergie sont un plus.

Vous suivez de près l'évolution de la technologie IT et toute expérience probante dans le domaine de la digitalisation est un atout.

Vous pouvez communiquer aussi facilement avec les intervenants au niveau technique qu’au niveau conceptuel.

Vous avez l'esprit analytique et un bon sens de l'organisation.

Votre orientation client s'accorde parfaitement à votre personnalité communicative et vous travaillez facilement en équipe.

Vous êtes ouvert(e) à collaborer dans un contexte international sur certains projets (50Hertz, gestionnaire de réseau de transport allemand fait partie du groupe Elia).

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais. Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou du français.
