**Reason for the role**

Due to our growth and an increase in employees we are looking for an additional team member to support our payroll activities.

Working together with the payroll, mobility, reward and people operations team, you will coordinate internal payrolls as well as in collaboration with external partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that starters, leavers, leaves of absence and transfers are all processed correctly.
- Preparation of employee-related information for input to Payroll Providers.
- Review output reports, guaranteeing that all items have been processed properly and are in line with expectations.
- Adhere to payroll cut-off dates and oversee that, the SLA as well as deadlines with payroll provider and Business Partners are met.
- Liaise with payroll providers, making sure that payroll legislative changes are applied timely.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and internal policies.
- Respond to employees & questions and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

**What you must Have**:

- Dutch speaker
- Previous experience in the payroll specially Belgium is a must, any other EMEA countries is a plus
- Love for numbers, Excel and defined processes
- Curious, self learner and inquisitive is something we love
- Complete understanding of discretion and confidentiality - Mandatory
- Ability to work in a team with organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
