**Welkom**:
hub.brussels, dat is het Brussels agentschap voor ondersteuning aan het bedrijfsleven. Eenvoudig gezegd: we helpen de Brusselse ondernemers bij de opstart, ontwikkeling en internationalisatie van hun projecten. Maar ook buitenlandse ondernemers schieten we te hulp wanneer ze zich in onze wondermooie regio willen vestigen.
In totaal zijn we met een 350-tal collega’s (ook wel de hubsters genoemd). Net zoals jij zijn we, stuk voor stuk, gepassioneerd door wat we doen en staan we met veel enthousiasme klaar om te begeleiden, te motiveren en te ondersteunen waar nodig.

**Jouw team**:
Als _Community Manager _(of “Attaché Community Manager”), kom je terecht in een gemotiveerd 14-koppig team bij de Business Unit Marketing & Communicatie.
De doelen van je toekomstig team zijn simpel:
- brussels positioneren als een sterk merk en een krachtig, coherent en aantrekkelijk imago uitdragen
- Bijdragen tot de bekendheid, toegankelijkheid en leesbaarheid van de diensten van hub.brussels om Brussel te promoten als de Belgische en Europese hoofdstad van ondernemingszin en sociale en ecologische innovatie
**Jouw taken**:
**Animatie/bewustmaking**
- De bekendheid van het merk hub.brussels vergroten via de verschillende kanalen en netwerken van hub.brussels
- De _Social Media_-strategie van het Agentschap uitwerken/bijsturen
- De strategie voor verspreiding van de inhoud helpen uitwerken
- De verschillende gemeenschappen aansturen en contact onderhouden met de leden
- Nieuwe volgers aantrekken en binden
- Zorgen voor dagelijkse monitoring
**Analyse**
- Regelmatig rapporteren over de performantie van de campagnes, de evaluatie en analyse ervan ten opzichte van de doelstellingen
**Werving/binding**
- Affinitaire marketing ontwikkelen
**Jouw knowhow**:
**Dit moet je zeker kunnen/hebben**:
- **_ Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma _**in communicatie**_._**:
- **_ Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar beroepservaring_** in een gelijkaardige functie.**:
- **_ Je hebt een vlotte pen en bent in staat iets eenvoudig en helder uit te leggen._**:
- ** Je bent sterk in grafisch ontwerp en bent vertrouwd met tools zoals Canva en/of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.**:
- ** Je gaat vlot om met sociale netwerken.**:
- **Je drukt je vlot uit in minstens 1 van de twee officiële talen (Nederlands/Frans) en bent bereid om de tweede te leren.**:
- ** Je bent zeer goed in SEO, SEM, SMO en CRM.**:
- ** Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het creëren en uitvoeren van e-marketingstrategieën.**:
- **Je hebt kennis van online analysetools (Google Analytics, enz.).**:
- ** Je beheerst flexmail en andere software voor het versturen van mailings.**:
- ** Je kunt Google Adwords-campagnes opzetten en optimaliseren.**:
- ** Je loopt over van creativiteit.**

- Je hebt een sterke interesse in digitale trends en good practices op het vlak van marketing.

- Zonder ervaring: 3.650,42 euro
- 3 jaar ervaring: 3.961,33 euro
- 6 jaar ervaring: 4.119,92 euro
- Een 13e maand en vakantiegeld
