SASMAR is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As a Community Manager at SASMAR, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our online community across various social media platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with our customers, build brand loyalty, and contribute to the growth and reputation of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and moderate conversations and engagement across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Customer review management and response posting in coordination with relevant departments.
- Create and curate engaging content to foster community interaction and promote brand awareness.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and community growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry best practices to stay ahead of trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Create and analyze reports on social media performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in community management or social media management.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to engage the community.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
