OVER ONSSilversquare is een snelgroeiend bedrijf dat bestaat uit 10 uniek ontworpen werkruimtes in Brussel, Zaventem, Luik en Luxemburg. Kunstenaars en ontwerpers worden uitgenodigd om onze werkruimtes een extra ziel te geven, want efficiëntie is één ding, maar sfeer is net zo belangrijk om een werkomgeving te creëren die de productiviteit ten goede komt.
Uiteindelijk is elke locatie uniek en maakt Silversquare een ecosysteem gebaseerd op diversiteit.

Als coworking spaces zijn we niet alleen ruimteaanbieders: we versterken de werkplekken door de beste begeleider te zijn.
Silversquare is een bindmiddel tussen mensen, vaardigheden en kennis.

Silversquare is een stevige community van 5000 leden, omringd en geanimeerd door een open-minded team van meer dan 60 gedreven medewerkers wiens persoonlijkheden het verschil maken en onze diensten de reden zijn waarom mensen naar Silversquare komen. Iemand die kansen weet te creëren en ze waar weet te maken. Iemand die commercieel en gastvrij is, iemand die leuk en levendig is, die weet hoe hij moet luisteren om de behoeften van zijn klant te begrijpen. Iemand die ervan droomt om een project van A tot Z uit te voeren, in samenwerking met zijn team.

Als Office Manager Community bent u het hart en de ziel van uw coworking space. Jullie zijn beiden volledig verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Office Manager, ook wel "OM" genoemd, kan ook de afkorting zijn van "Operational Magicians". U zorgt voor de magie in uw coworking

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Een glimlach brengen aan alle leden en bezoekers
- De aankomst van nieuwe leden voorbereiden, (het kantoor en de toegang klaarmaken, verwelkomen en onboarding)
- Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenservice en werkomgeving
- Het creëren van een warme en gastvrije omgeving
- Het beheren van relaties met leden van de gemeenschap (door het organiseren van lokale evenementen, netwerkmogelijkheden...) en het organiseren en coördineren van ledenbijeenkomsten.
- Het beheren van reserveringen voor vergaderruimtes met de locatiecoördinator en het voorbereiden van vergaderruimtes.
- Klachten behandelen en problemen van leden oplossen in samenwerking met leveranciers en dienstverleners (IT, logistiek, onderhoud...)
- De post van de leden behandelen (pakjes aannemen, post sorteren...)
- Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de netheid van de coworking
- Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van onze diensten en het identificeren van nieuwe gewenste diensten
- Verkoopondersteuning in samenwerking met Business Managers
- OVER JOU- Vloeiend in het Frans en pro-actief in het Engels en kennis van het Nederlands is een troef
