**Community Officer - Eurostar**

- **Service Client et Soin du Client**: Tu seras le point de contact pour nos clients internationaux sur les réseaux sociaux. Tu géreras leurs demandes et réclamations avec professionnalisme et dans le respect de nos standards de qualité.
- **Gestion de la Communauté Externe**: Tu construiras et entretiendras des relations solides avec notre communauté en ligne. Tu animeras nos réseaux sociaux pour assurer une visibilité optimale de la marque.
- **Gestion Éditoriale Externe**: Tu collaboreras avec nos équipes de communication et marketing pour créer du contenu de qualité, en accord avec l'identité de la marque et les attentes de notre communauté.
- **Identification et Gestion des Cas Sensibles/VIP**: Tu seras le garant du suivi opérationnel des cas sensibles et VIP, assurant ainsi le bon fonctionnement quotidien de notre service clientèle.
- **Coordination des Réseaux Sociaux**: Tu travailleras main dans la main avec nos équipes de communication pour assurer une communication fluide et efficace envers nos clients.
- **Projets et Tâches Transversales**: Tu participeras à divers projets pour atteindre nos objectifs dans les délais impartis.

- **Customer Service & Care**: You'll be the go-to for our international customers on social media. Handling their requests and complaints professionally and in line with our quality standards.
- **External Community Management**: Building and nurturing strong relationships with our online community. Animating our social networks to ensure maximum brand visibility.
- **External Editorial Management**: Collaborating with our communication and marketing teams to create high-quality content that resonates with our brand identity and community expectations.
- **Identification and Handling of VIP/Sensitive Cases**: Ensuring the smooth operational follow-up of sensitive and VIP cases, ensuring the daily functioning of our customer service department.
- **Coordination of Social Networks**: Working hand-in-hand with our communication teams to ensure seamless communication with our customers.
- **Projects and Cross-Functional Tasks**: Participating in various projects to achieve our goals within set deadlines.
**Requirements**:
Si tu te reconnais dans ce qui suit, Eurostar a hâte de t'accueillir dans son équipe:
- Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelier. Mais c’est ton savoir-faire et ta passion qui feront la différence.
- Tu justifies d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle centré sur le service client ou la communication, idéalement dans un environnement international. Tu as l’art de transformer chaque interaction en expérience positive.
- Communiquer efficacement en français, anglais, et néerlandais coule de source pour toi. La connaissance de l'allemand est la cerise sur le gateau.
- Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et maîtrise la suite Office 365, Salesforce, et Brandwatch.
- Ton écoute active et ta pensée analytique te permettent de comprendre rapidement les besoins des clients et de trouver des solutions adaptées. Un véritable atout pour répondre au mieux aux besoins de nos voyageurs.
- Tu possèdes d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, avec la capacité de rédiger des contenus clairs, créatifs, et orientés client, sans jamais faire de faute.
