Onze klant is ene Belgische vervoersmaatschappij die in diverse domeinen actief is.
Als Recruitment officer zal je takenpakket er als volgt uitzien:
- Rekrutering van white collars profielen voor de ganse groep in België.
- Beheer en optimalisatie van bestaande sourcing kanalen (voor blue collars en white collars).
- Studie en implementatie van nieuwe sourcing kanalen (voor blue collars en white collars).
- Opzetten van partnerships en rekruteringsprojecten met derde partijen en scholen.
- Optimalisatie van sourcing processen.
- Actieve medewerking aan projecten van het nationale HR departement.
- Opbouwen van een efficiënte en professionele relatie met HR- en andere collega's.
**Gezocht profiel**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma (HRM, maatschappelijk adviseur,) of gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een HR-functie waar rekrutering een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie was.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
- Je hebt een open en houding.
- Je werkt graag in een team, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken en je neemt graag initiatief.
- Plannen van je eigen werk en persoonlijke efficiëntie spreken je aan.
- Je bent mobiel en geografisch flexibel, want de functie vereist verplaatsingen naar de verschillende filialen van de groep in functie van de rekruteringsprojecten.
