**LOCATION :LIÈGE**
- At BeCode, our mission is to enable tomorrow’s untapped digital talents to blossom. We are a social impact-driven coding school, specialized in in-demand digital skills and using active pedagogy, helping motivated individuals in vulnerable professional situations to meet the needs of the job market. Since 2017, we have grown to a team of 50 people, over 5 campuses in Belgium and helped over 2200 job seekers to start their career in the ICT sector as a Web Developer, AI Operator, DevOps, Cyber Security Analyst or SAP consultant.
- To strengthen our campus team in Liège, we are looking for a
- **Sourcing / Recruitment officer (part time, 50%)**.
- **Responsibilities & duties**:

- As a Sourcing / Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the recruitment of our future learners and support them in taking the first step towards their new professional life.
- As Recruiter & Sourcer for our bootcamps, you will:

- Create and maintain relevant local partnerships with local authorities and associations (such as Le Forem, Maisons des jeunes, Logements sociaux, Missions locales pour l’emploi, Duo for a Job,) to leverage their network and attract potential learners, distant from the job market
- Organize the selection days for the learners to make sure they have the right motivation and ability to successfully enter in our classes, with the Campus team and partners. You will also handle the feedback sessions after selections.
- This role can be mixed with another part time opportunity of the Liège campus: Career Coach (50%) or Administrative Assistant (50%).

- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of local institutions/employment/social inclusion actors of the area is an asset
