**Your responsibilities as an HR Recruitment Officer?**:
You work closely with other team members and in close relationship with the management of our different entities in a dynamic environment to support our Recruitment and Retention strategy.
You also provide general support as a member of Shared Services.
You will:
- Support our different entities with recruitment and selection of new talent
- Draft job postings and publish them through various channels
- Conduct job interviews and coordinate timely follow-up process with hiring manager
- Participate in recruitment activities ( fairs, campus recruitment, events,)
- Prepare and support onboarding
- Coordinate training needs and organization of training sessions
- Contact and build relationship with external partners, like recruitment agencies,
- Support our Employer Branding and participate in activities and projects to boost it
- Work according to deadlines and internal service level agreements
- Actively contribute in company projects to enhance quality and efficiency of HR and in projects where input of the HR Team is required
**What makes you fit the profile of HR Recruitment Officer at Gevers?**:
- You have relevant working experience (about 1 to 2 years) in HR Recruitment
- You have excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Your are fluent in Dutch, English and French
- You know your way with HR tools and social media
- You are accurate, proactive and well organized
- You can work independently, handle deadlines and are stress resistant
- You are eager to learn and to develop yourself in the field
- You enjoy working in a team
