Savion Ray is looking for a proactive, solution-driven professional with a strong interest in creative and digital communications who can help us deliver excellent service to our clients and our community. This position is based in Brussels, Belgium.
The focus of our services is delivering effective, impactful campaigns for our clients. You will be working on real client briefs from day one and you will learn by doing from a small but capable team. You will be interacting with and learning from everyone from juniors to management.
We will expect that you listen and understand how our company and clients work. At the same time, we will give you space to be yourself and express your awesome creativity and support clients’ vision. We strongly believe conceptual and creative thinking makes ideas stand out and we give tender love and care for those seeds to grow.
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Nurture and grow Savion Ray’s community and the communities of clients
- Create a strategic approach for clients’ community, identify groups of interest and create an engagement plan
- Actively seek out and discover new partnership opportunities
- Create a journey for engagement based on community members that are in late stages of the engagement process
- Proactively initiate conversations on social media and manage discussions
- Monitor and reply to conversations initiated by other community members
- Monitor mentions of the brand in social media, respond on behalf of the brand.
- Leverage feedback and online reviews.
- Identify partnerships beneficial for Savion Ray and clients and facilitate their organization
- Identify opportunities for events and facilitate their organization
- Nourish brand loyalty and brand representation
- Lead the organization of new community initiatives and monitor their performance
- Lead the creation of a brand ambassador program
- Educate and provide strategic advice to clients on community related matters
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience in planning and organizing online and in-person community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track community relevant metrics
- Excellent writing, verbal and communication skills;
- Willingness to be in an advisory role;
- Creativity and eagerness to learn;
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills;
- Near-native English proficiency;
- Interest in EU policy and politics;
- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field
