**Votre rôle en quelques mots**:
Nous recherchons un(e) **stagiaire en Operations & Community Management** pour nous aider à **gérer et développer notre communauté d’utilisateurs** (clients et prestataires de services).

Vous serez en support des équipes **Opérations & Marketing**, en veillant à ce que les interactions entre les utilisateurs se déroulent sans accroc, en répondant à leurs questions et en les aidant **proactivement** à tirer le meilleur de Ring Twice. Vous serez également chargé(e) **d’animer et d’engager notre communauté** via différents canaux de communication (groupes Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

**Responsibilities**:
En tant que **stagiaire en Operations & Community Management**, vous travaillerez étroitement avec l’équipe Opérations et soutiendrez l’équipe Marketing. Ce n’est pas un simple stage : vous aurez **de vraies responsabilités** et un **impact direct**.

**Support Utilisateurs & Opérations**
- Suivre et gérer les processus clés de la plateforme (**annulations, validation de profils, modération, paiements, etc.**).
- Onboarder et accompagner les nouveaux utilisateurs dans leurs premiers pas.
- Assurer une **expérience fluide et qualitative** pour tous les utilisateurs.

**Engagement & Animation de la Communauté**
- Animer notre communauté de **prestataires de services** via le **Groupe Ambassadeurs Facebook**.
- Gérer les **feedbacks et avis clients** sur Google, TrustPilot, Facebook, etc.
- Travailler avec l’équipe Marketing pour **renforcer l’engagement** des utilisateurs.

**Amélioration & Optimisation**
- Collecter et analyser les **retours utilisateurs** pour améliorer nos processus.
- Soutenir l’équipe technique en **transmettant des insights** sur l’expérience utilisateur.
- Aider l’équipe Marketing sur les campagnes locales.

- Intérêt pour la **tech, les marketplaces et l'économie collaborative** (un plus, mais pas obligatoire).
- ** Langues**: Français ou Néerlandais natif/fluent, avec un bon niveau d’anglais (en interne, on parle anglais).
