As a **Food & Beverage Intern**, you will be actively working in our restaurant and Conference rooms. You will be in direct contact with our guest and provide a high level of service. This can be during breakfast, lunch or dinner service. You will do the mise-en-place before and after the service. Also, you will help in setting up the different services for any meeting that might be in the hotel’s conference rooms. You will guide guests when needed and answer any question they have.

In Belgium, Minor Hotels has 12 hotels. These are in Brussels and Flanders. We would like to help students in Hotel and Tourism discover the different facets of this incredibly fun industry. Therefore, we are now looking for several interns for our hotels.

Minor Hotels is a leading hotel owner, operator and investor in Thailand, Asia and around the world. From our first property in Thailand, we have built a diverse portfolio of more than 540 hotels, resorts and branded residences across six continents. In 2018, Minor Hotels acquired the NH Hotel Group thus growing our presence in Europe and offering more opportunities to you globally.
