Bied je graag de nodige ondersteuning in allerhande administratieve taken, nl. onderhouden van database, afhandeling contracten, opvragen van prijzen, enz.?
Kom dan het team binnen Supply management versterken om een positieve business impact te realiseren door een nauwkeurige codering en een leveranciersmanagement gericht op groei, competitiviteit, duurzaamheid en innovatie.
Hieronder een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Je verwerkt, creëert en actualiseert permanent gegevens over artikelen, leveranciers en kortingen in SAP om de volledigheid en juistheid van de gegevens te waarborgen.
- Je contacteert leveranciers om de correcte informatie betreffende het assortiment of prijzen te bekomen.
- Je verwerkt de administratieve afhandeling van leverancierscontracten en doet de opvolging (coderen, beheren en gegevensverificatie).
- Je participeert in het uitwerken van 360° categorieplannen teneinde het assortiment op de best mogelijke manier over te brengen per klantensegment.
**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een Bachelorsdiploma of een eerste inkoopervaring in een food omgeving (horeca, foodservice) of in retail.
- Je spreekt zeer vlot Frans of Nederlands en hebt minstens een gemiddele kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de MS office toepassingen.
- Het is een nice to have als je met SAP kan werken.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatie skills, je hebt een klantgerichte en dienstverlenende ingesteldheid met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
- Nieuwsgierig naar meer, proactief zijn, continu willen bijleren waarbij je de juiste vragen stelt om onze business beter te leren begrijpen.
- Je weet diverse taken efficiënt te plannen en te combineren.
