Vous assurez une fonction logistique incluant plusieurs tâches d'expédition, notamment la préparation des commandes, l'emballage, le marquage, le retour au fournisseur, en veillant à ce que la documentation soit adéquate et en tenant à jour la base de données SAP.

**Challenges we trust you with**
- Exécuter toutes les tâches d'expédition
- Préparation des commandes, emballage, étiquetage, marquage selon la priorité.
- Coordonner les activités de chargement et préparer la documentation requise pour l'expédition.
- S'assurer que les marchandises emballées sont conformes au système SAP, avec les dimensions et les poids corrects.
- Coordination des prestataires de services externes pour les activités d'emballage et de suivi.
- Inventaire du matériel d'emballage nécessaire (stockage, gestion des stocks).
- Assurer le respect et la mise-à-jour
- des règles de gestion de la zone d'expédition.
- des procédures de non-conformité des marchandises.
- Collaborer de manière adéquate avec les autres départements opérationnels.
- Respecter les règles en matière d'environnement, de santé et de sécurité.
- Accueillir les nouveaux arrivants et superviser la formation.
- Participer à des projets d'amélioration et d'optimisation des processus internes.

**Vous avez**:

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire d’opérateur magasinier d'expédition
- Une bonne maitrise des outils informatiques (MS Office), et idéalement du système SAP
- Vous maitrisez le français et vous avez une connaissance de base en anglais
- Un permis de conduire B
- Un permis retrack (chariot élévateur)

- Capable de gérer les priorités
- Capable de gérer le stress
- Orienté(e) détails et rigoureux dans le suivi des procédures internes
- Un bon communicateur / Une bonne communicatrice
