**De functie**
- Jij neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op en begeleidt het proces van A-Z. Je houdt het budget in de gaten en waakt over de kwaliteit. Onder jouw hoede worden deadlines altijd gehaald.
- Je communiceert vlot met interne en externe klanten, peilt naar hun noden en zet die om in concrete oplossingen. Je geeft mee richting aan het proces en vervult hier zowel een ondersteunende als adviserende rol. Je staat stevig genoeg in je schoenen om de verschillende partijen op één lijn te krijgen.
- Uiteraard werk je niet op een eiland. Sales, Marketing, Aankoop, Logistiek, Finance,...vroeg of laat zal je met al deze afdelingen samenwerken. Je begrijpt hun functionele behoeften en kan die omzetten in een functionele analyse, die dient als leidraad voor de (IT-)oplossingen.

- ...nieuwsgierig en kritisch bent. Jij stelt niet alleen vragen, maar komt ook met een oplossing.
- ...bij iedereen bekend staat als een goede organisator. Jij zet de puntjes op de ‘i' en spoort andere mensen aan om dit ook te doen.
- .vooral geïnteresseerd bent in de praktijk en het zoeken van oplossingen
- ...pas begint te leven wanneer er een deadline geroepen wordt.
- ...een teamplayer bent. You know the game and love to play.
- vlot communiceert in het Nederlands. Engels, Frans en IT-taal zijn jou niet onbekend.
