We are looking for a SAP Talent, for Services related to the support and security activities of SAP Support Key User for Accounting and Finance.

**That includes**:
**SAP Security**:

- Management of the user base, including assignment and suspension of functions and SAP authorities: among others. verification of authorizations as a result of personnel movements, recruitment sheets, termination sheets, transfers
- Ensure compliance with user rights under delegations of power (including ZIMMRS), following 'Segregation of Duties' and 'Sarbanes-Oxley' through the implementation of risk analyses, mitigation controls, and associated SOX controls
- Initiating, testing, and monitoring function changes or system corrections
- Ensure compliance of SAP business processes with internal directives, company rules, and delegations of power

**SAP advice and support**:

- Provide first-line support for financial and accounting processes (SAP FICO) and provide backup to second-line support for other SAP modules
- Participation in the optimization of business processes and systems, taking into account the legal and tax framework and based on the Group's SAP ERP tool
- Provide functional knowledge regarding financial business processes to scope user needs, create configuration specifications, define test scenarios, and conduct user testing
- Maintain user manuals for critical processes and communication with SAP users
- Transversal activity with many interactions and in close collaboration with several local teams.

**SAP coordination and management**:

- Ensure the quality and performance of the SAP system by checking system contamination and performing data cleaning
- Ensure correct usage and system performance by providing cross-functional SAP expertise
- Documentation and assurance of local SAP knowledge for assigned domains
- Helping to set up a SAP information SharePoint M&A (procedures-manuals-work instructions-gathering knowledge-...) + optimizing SAP SharePoint interdepartmental links
- Simplify statistics for the National Bank (services to foreign suppliers, accounts receivable and payable to foreign suppliers, etc.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Degree: At least a bachelor's degree or higher studies
- General technical and functional knowledge or experience with various SAP modules (examples: SAP IMPS, FICO, PM, MM, and the interfaces with other SAP modules and attached software)
- Power BI experience is an asset
- Specialist in the areas that need to be monitored
- Communication and negotiation skills, working in networks
- Domain SAP, MS Office
- Analytical, methodological, stress-resistant, and systematic thinking
- Logical reasoning skills and ability to work independently
- Eager to learn, precise, and insightful
- Team player, socially skilled, communicative, and multilingual (fluent NL, fluent EN, basic FR)
