We are looking for a full time team member:
**38 h/week**:
**JOB DUTIES**:
As project coordinator you are responsible for the excellent execution of medical congresses, events and materials.

Your honesty, integrity, initiative and creative approach to problem solving shines through. Your are hungry for success and with a committed motivation to getting things done, you always place the client at the centre of everything you do.

Your tasks include to:

- collect information and define the project
- plan, execute and monitor the project
- keep project files properly maintained, updated and documented.
- create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation
- communication with clients (external and internal) and subcontractor/supplier
- make sure project milestones are met
- generate feedback and ideas to the creative team; develop and enhance marketing materials in French, Dutch and English.
- identify client needs
- generate new business leads

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector; experience as product or sales manager are a plus
- In-depth Industry knowledge of the pharma market is an asset
- You have excellent language skills in English, both verbally as in writing, French is preferable
- Ability to work in intimate and transparent collaboration with the project and creative team.
- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.

- You are able to obtain the right information in a variety of sources, by asking questions and doing desk research and spread this information in time to the right persons
- Good knowledge of standard office software
- Willingness to travel and to work abroad
