**In het algemeen**:
Op 15 december 2021 heeft de Europese Commissie, als onderdeel van het 'Fit for 55'-initiatief, een belangrijke herziening van de richtlijn betreffende de energieprestatie van gebouwen (EPBD) aangenomen. De herziening van de EPBD heeft als doel de renovatie van gebouwen te versnellen, de uitstoot van broeikasgassen en het energieverbruik te verminderen en het gebruik van hernieuwbare energie in gebouwen te bevorderen. De richtlijn introduceert een nieuwe Europese definitie van "een gebouw met nul-emissie", die vanaf 2027 van toepassing is op alle nieuwe gebouwen en vanaf 2030 op alle gerenoveerde gebouwen.

In België is de wetgeving over de EPBD een regionale verantwoordelijkheid, waarvan de PEB (Performance Energétique des Bâtiments) in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest in het Waalse Gewest, en het EPB en EPC (Energie Prestatie Certificaat) in Vlaanderen een onderdeel zijn.

Om ons expertisedomein in regelgeving en normalisatie verder te ontwikkelen, met name op het gebied van klimaatneutraal bouwen, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een nieuwe collega.

**Wat hoort nog bij de verantwoordelijkheden?**:

- Je adviseert en begeleidt lidbedrijven over hun individuele EPB/EPC-behoeften;
- De nieuwe EPC/EBP-regelgeving naar de realiteit van de leden vertalen en hen proactief via de verschillende informatiekanalen en opleidingsmogelijkheden van Agoria hierover informeren;
- Met jouw technische achtergrond draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en het beheer van de compliancediensten en -activiteiten van onze organisatie op het gebied van EPC/PEB-certificering en technische bouweisen;
- Je fungeert als contactpersoon voor onze leden met betrekking tot de EPC/PEB-regelgeving, volgt de ontwikkelingen (op internationaal en Europees niveau) nauw op de voet en vertaalt deze naar de praktijk;
- Als intern aanspreekpunt gebruik je jouw ervaring om de voorbereiding van specifieke acties te ondersteunen, zoals het voorbereiden van presentaties voor informatiesessies, het controleren van de inhoudelijke ontwikkeling met leden, het bespreken van de aanpak van specifieke acties;
- Technisch lobbyen rond EPC/EBP en bouwtechnische vereisten bij de bevoegde federale, Vlaamse, Waalse en Brusselse overheidsinstanties;
- Zorgen voor redactionele afstemming en de ontwikkeling van sectorale en gezamenlijke standpunten over EPB/EPC met Agoria-leden en stakeholders in de bouwsector;
- Initiëren en coördineren van alle vormen van collectief overleg en/of communicatie over technische regelgeving, standpunten en lobbyontwikkelingen rond EPB/EPC met de betrokken stakeholders (bedrijven, overheden,...).

**Wie zoeken wij?**:

- In een ideale situatie heb je een ingenieursdiploma en/of een opleiding genoten met een affiniteit inzake klimaat en de energieprestaties van gebouwen. Kan je terugvallen op een eerste technische en/of commerciële werkervaring, dan is dat mooi meegenomen;
- Je bent een gecertificeerd EPB-adviseur en/of energiedeskundige met concrete praktische ervaring;
- Ervaring op het vlak van politieke communicatie en/of technische beleidskwesties binnen overheden, denktanks, belangengroepen, de privésector of relevante sectorverenigingen;
- Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën om uitstekende oplossingen te leveren is iets waar je van geniet;
- Gewend om samen te werken met verschillende soorten stakeholders;
- Organisatorische vaardigheden met een goed oog voor detail;
- Werken in een team of met collega’s vind je fijn, al apprecieer je ook het zelfstandig werken;
- Sterke gesproken en geschreven communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans.
