**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Je werkt mee aan het verstrekken van juridisch advies en begeleiding aan de senior executives van het bedrijf en andere belanghebbenden en speelt hierbij een sterk adviserende rol.
- Je werkt samen met andere collega’s om bedrijfsbeleid en -procedures te ontwikkelen om wettelijke naleving op alle afdelingen te garanderen.
- Je staat in voor het reviewen contractuele documenten en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met sales en procurement.
- Je onderhoudt contacten met externe adviseurs en volgt deze dossiers op.
- Je verzorgt interne opleidingen.
- Je rapporteert aan de legal manager en zal deel uitmaken van het legal team.

**Wat breng jij mee?**:

- Je hebt een Master in de Rechten en je beschikt over 6-10 jaar relevante ervaring als een legal counsel. Je ben al aan de slag geweest als in-house counsel bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving met een focus op ICT recht, handelsrecht en algemene corporate en regulatory aangelegenheden. Ervaring in de ICT-sector is zeker een plus.
- Je bent al bedrijfsjurist of wil het zeker worden. Je voelt je als een vis in het water binnen de resultaatsgerichte, no-nonsens aanpak van Cegeka.
- Je kan autonoom werken maar bent ook een sterke teamplayer die kennis wil delen binnen en buiten het team.
- Je hebt bijzondere aandacht voor continue verbetering van werkmethodes en samenwerking.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief, bent stressbestendig en je kan efficiënt prioriteiten stellen.
- Je beschikt over een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je kan goed overweg met digitale tools.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis Frans is een plus.
