Je ontwikkelt risicoanalyses om de business leven te challengen en bij te dragen tot een beter risicobeheer. Je geeft advies op gebied van Solvency II, risico’s in leven, nieuwe wetgeving en emerging risks.
**De job in een notendop**
Je zal binnen Risk Management de expert leven zijn en rechtstreeks in contact staan met de business en het management. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en uitvoering van de volgende aspecten:
- De business ondersteunen en controleren voor strategische beslissingen leven, waaronder de goedkeuring van producten, pricing, onderschrijving, reservering en rentabiliteitsanalyse.
- Deelnemen aan de diverse stuurgroepen op gebied van producten en pricing.
- Bijdragen aan de rapportering en benchmarking aan het topmanagement, door een overzicht te geven van de risico’s waaraan de business leven is blootgesteld.
- Risicobeheersysteem: herzien van risk appetite, risico indicatoren en rapporteringen leven, risico’s identificeren, Solvency II en interne controle processen herzien.
- Kapitaalbeheer: stress scenario’s ontwikkelen om de blootstelling aan risico’s leven te analyseren.
- De risk appetite op gebied van reservering analyseren, het ontwikkelen van de methode, kalibratie en berekeningen van de Risk Adjustment in IFRS 17.
- Bijdragen tot de ORSA (Own Risk & Solvency Assessment), meewerken met andere departementen om risicoanalyses leven te ontwikkelen.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Een algemene kennis van de activiteiten leven en de verschillende fases in de productcyclus (productontwikkeling, pricing, onderschrijving, reservering, rentabiliteit), evenals een basiskennis van financiële markten en levensverzekeringen.
- Idealiter een eerste ervaring product management leven, of Risk Management / audit in lijn met verzekeringen leven.
- Een masterdiploma handelsingenieur, economie of actuariële wetenschappen, wiskunde, fysica of ingenieur.
- Basiskennis van de Solvency II-reglementering en boekhoudnormen (IFRS 17, Belgian GAAP).
- Kennis van MS Office, VBA...
- Eenvoudig en beknopt kunnen communiceren over complexe onderwerpen ten aanzien van het management en de business.
- Uitstekende beheersing (gesproken en geschreven) van een landstaal (Nl of Fr), kennis van het Engels.
- Een analytische geest. Je bent een constructieve en kritisch ingestelde teamspeler die ook autonoom kan werken.
