**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen **Broker Channel & Non-Life Business Development** is de afdeling **Risk Non-Life** verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen van en rapporteren over verplichtingen en risico's. Een betrouwbare voorspelling van verplichtingen helpt om de strategie voor risicobeheer vorm te geven en verschaft informatie voor de ontwikkeling van het productgamma. Voor dit team zijn we op zoek naar een **(Senior) Risk Officer.**
- Je helpt bij de ontwikkeling van risicomodellen voor Non-Life - inclusief het testen, documenteren en kalibreren van hypotheses.
- Je neemt deel aan en draagt bij tot regelmatige en ad-hocrapportering (Solvency II, IFRS, meerjarenbudget, stresstests, ORSA,...). Je interpreteert de resultaten, rekening houdend met de gebruikte methoden en hypotheses en de realiteit van de business.
- Je werkt mee aan de implementatie van IFRS 17. Daarbij gaat je aandacht speciaal uit naar de analyse van cijfers en de interpretatie ervan.
- Je zorgt voor de consistentie van de cijfers waarover via verschillende verslagen wordt gerapporteerd. Je neemt deel aan diverse technische werkgroepen om deze consistentie te waarborgen.
- Je werkt samen en communiceert met verschillende stakeholders binnen en buiten AG: auditors, actuarissen, CRO en CFO, validatieteam, NBB, team product development,...
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in risicobeheer en de verzekeringsmarkt.
- Je hebt een technische achtergrond en bent niet bang om nieuwe onderwerpen aan te pakken met een sterke statistische/wiskundige ondertoon. Je wil je kennis op deze gebieden verdiepen.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en bent in staat om bepaalde anomalieën te onderzoeken en te verklaren. Je kan grote hoeveelheden gegevens en rapporten screenen en de essentie eruit halen.
- Je bent een echte storyteller. Je kan complexe wiskundige concepten omzetten in tastbare en bruikbare informatie voor het management.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en precies. Je voelt je op je gemak voor een publiek.
- Je hebt ook gevoel voor diplomatie en teamgeest. Je kan goed luisteren, je probeert de dingen te begrijpen en een consensus te bereiken.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een kwantitatieve en financiële richting (wiskunde, fysica, ingenieurswetenschappen, handelsingenieur, finance, actuariaat).
- Kennis van modelleringstechnieken Niet-leven (in het bijzonder P&C), ervaring met SAS, ResQ, R, VBA of Power BI zijn zeker extra troeven.
