We zijn op zoek naar een creatieve en loyale teamspeler die ons wil vervoegen in het Corporate Office van de Head Of DVV en Non-Life activiteit bij Belfius Insurance.
Corporate Office van de Head Of DVV en Non-Life vervult 3 gerelateerde activiteitenclusters, waarbij de boeiende interactie en kennis delen tussen de verschillende clusters een dagelijkse realiteit is:
- Corporate Office & Strategy DVV en Belfius Insurance Non Life.
- Investment Framework, Inflow & Mandatory Challenging.
- Transversale projecten/programma’s.
Deze functie van Senior Project Consultant spitst zich toe op activiteitencluster 1, met een focus op ondersteuning bieden aan de directie DVV en Non Life onder de leiding van Head of Corporate Office DVV en Non Life.
Op vraag van uw directie zal u nieuwe voorgestelde procesmodellen analyseren, plannen en globaal opvolgen tot de implementatie van de nieuwe structuur en de continue verbeteringen van de nieuwe service opvolgen:
- Presentaties voorbereiden op directieniveau (structuur, verhaal, lay-out,).
- Ondersteuning bij het opstellen en implementeren van de strategie (informatie verzamelen, analyse uitvoeren, strategisch advies opstellen, advies vertalen naar concrete plannen).
- Monitoring en early warning inzake cruciale objectieven.
- Projectanalyses doen en selectie van oplossingen voorstellen m.b.t. transversale processen, change management, innovatiemanagement of strategische optimalisatie.
- Instaan voor het beheer van organisatieprojecten met als doel deze te realiseren met respect voor scope, budget, timing en kwaliteit.
- Het aanknopen en het onderhouden van contacten teneinde commitment te bekomen en het negotiëren met stakeholders op directieniveau.

Op vlak van opleiding en vaardigheden beschikt u over:
- Een Master diploma.
- Een uitstekende talenkennis (Nederlands, Frans en Engels).
- Kennis van de bank
- en/of verzekeringssector is een must.
- 5 à 10 jaar relevante ervaring
