Functieomschrijving

Je kent de regelgeving rond privacy en gegevensbescherming als geen ander, hebt voeling met IT-applicaties en je bent een administratieve alleskunner. Bovendien ben je iemand die altijd integer werkt, zelfs als niemand kijkt. Voel jij je aangesproken? Dan is dit je kans om te schitteren.

Je ondersteunt in het Departement Kanselarij en Buitenlandse Zaken het management en de teams bij de uitrol van het die het informatieveiligheidsbeleid en de toepassing van het informatieclassificatieraamwerk van de Vlaamse overheid. Wat dat concreet betekent? Je ondersteunt de data protection officer (DPO): je geeft advies, houdt het verwerkingsregister up-to-date en schrijft privacy verklaringen, protocollen, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten en beleidsdocumenten.

De algemene verordening gegevensbescherming is je rode draad bij alles wat je doet. Je zet het concept privacy by design om in de praktijk als er nieuwe tools en informatiesystemen ontwikkeld worden. Daarnaast coördineer en begeleid je de uitvoering van gegevensbeschermingseffectbeoordelingen (DPIA's).

Samengevat: je speelt een belangrijke rol in de informatieveiligheid en gegevensbescherming bij het Departement Kanselarij en Buitenlandse Zaken. Je bent dan ook de spil tussen de DPO, het management, de businessteams, ICT'ers en informatiebeheerders.

- Je hebt een masterdiploma

- Strategische keuzes voor de evolutie van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming bepalen en aanbevelen
