**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Minimum 10 years’ relevant operations architecture and operations management experience to perform the tasks described below;
- Excellent, hands-on knowledge and experience in setting up ITIL-driven support and maintenance delivery in large organizations;
- Experience with:

- IT Operations (support and maintenance of systems);
- Process mapping standards such as UML and BPMN;
- Mapping business strategy to information strategy;
- Excellent knowledge of standards such as ITIL and ITSM;
- Ability to:

- Cope with the complexity of the As-Is operations environment and propose new solutions aligned to the views of the stakeholders;
- Work independently in a specific branch of the Programme, communicate results to the Programme, and analyse associated risks;
- Manage stakeholders at a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) level;
- Adapt communication to different situations and audiences;
- Align action to strategy;
- Anticipate and solve business issues;
- Adapt services to respond to customer needs;
- Deliver consultancy services - understand customer’s needs and objectives, distil the right ideas, and forge them into the Operations Architecture;
- Work in a multinational and multicultural environment;
- Professional conduct in line with the corporate behaviours, i.e., result-driven, readiness to change, customer focus, integrity, and team-player approach;
- Emotional intelligence required to deal with people and influence them;
- Demonstrable ability to distil complex ideas into simple concepts which can presented and conveyed convincingly.

**Duties/role**:

- Defining, describing, and agreeing with stakeholders on the ITSM process landscape required for the target operating model;
- Defining the target operational framework spanning across people, processes, and tools within the organization of the customer;
- Setting up Operations Service Design framework for both the Programme and the customer’s organizations itself;
- Designing and overseeing implementation of end-to-end IT systems monitoring solution based on monitoring integration rails;
- Setting up and maintaining contacts with Operations units to understand operational activities, drivers, and requirements;
- Considering operations solution strategies and alternatives for possible implementation;
- Providing operational leadership in the resolution of inter-program and inter-project issues and advice management, business areas, etc.;
- Guiding the Programme and individual project teams on adherence to the designed operations architecture;
- Developing and coordinating operations architecture roadmaps and plans;
- Checking compliance within the operations architecture and reinforcing adherence to standards, policies, procedures, etc.;
- Performing any other task in line with the main purpose of the job.
