Equans is een jong merk dat het licht zag in 2021, maar dat steunt op meer dan 70 jaar ervaring in multitechnische installaties en onderhoudsdiensten. Om onze projecten tot een goed einde te brengen zoeken we ieder jaar meer dan 800 nieuwe collega’s, zowel arbeiders als bedienden, voornamelijk met een technische achtergrond.
Binnen deze context willen we een duidelijke Employer Branding strategie opzetten en uitwerken om het nieuwe merk op de arbeidsmarkt te positioneren en kandidaten aan te trekken. We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Employer Branding specialist die deze uitdaging samen met ons team wil aangaan.
**Hoe zal jouw dag eruit zien?**
- op basis van ons employer brand framework bouw je de Equans employer brand awareness op
- EVP’s kennen voor jou geen geheimen, je bent in staat ze toe te passen op bestaande en nieuw te creëren Employer Branding tools en materiaal
- je beheert de globale corporate communicatie-strategie met een lokale employer branding in België
- je werkt in het communicatieteam mee aan de realisatie van de globale doelstellingen
- je implementeert het globale mediaplan en evalueert nieuwe voorstellen van de mediapartners en regie samen met recruitment
- je zet ad hoc media-campagnes op en volgt ze op van A tot Z;van het schrijven van briefings, de coördinatie met de creatieve
- en media-agentschappen tot het communiceren van de resultaten
- je coördineert de creatie van specifieke content en supports zoals video’s, banners, foto’s en artikels voor onze verschillende key jobprofielen
- je onderhoudt en waakt over de branding van de verschillende job websites, jobboards en social mediaplatformen
- je geeft ondersteuning waar nodig bij de jobdays, jobbeurzen en andere events
- je levert goodies, standen, roll-ups, advertenties, logo’s aan gelinkt aan concrete acties zoals jobfairs
- je helpt bij concrete vragen van HR en recruitment
- je geeft ondersteuning aan het employer ambassador netwerk en in het bijzonder het activeren van de eigen medewerkers om mee te helpen de geschikte talenten te vinden
- je helpt mee de onboarding te realiseren van de nieuwe hires
- je onderhoudt goede relaties met de recruitment ploeg en de externe partners en neemt deel aan wekelijkse status-meetings
- je waak over het globale mediabudget, de betaling van de leveranciers en geeft updates per kwartaal
**Met volgende competenties & talenten kan jij als Employer Branding Manager het verschil maken bij Equans**:
- je bezit minstens een bachelor diploma in Communicatie of Marketing
- je hebt een goede kennis van marketing en branding, en in het bijzonder digitale marketing. Employer Branding ervaring is een plus
- je bent vertrouwd met de uitdagingen van een technisch bedrijf zoals het onze, en in het bijzonder de recruitment challenge
- je bezit technische/zakelijke vaardigheden voor de Office 365 tools
- strategisch management schrikt je niet af maar je bent tevens hands-on
- je bent een goede planner en project manager
- je kan je snel inwerken
- je bent communicatief en resultaatgedreven
- je bent creatief, flexibel en stressbestendig: Je bent in staat je aanpak en doelstellingen aan te passen in een snel veranderende omgeving
- je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
