An opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its Change Coordinator (12 months contract)

**Become a Change Coordinator and join an ambitious and dynamic team at the heart of the integration of Thalys and Eurostar**
**Your missions for Thalys and Eurostar**:
As a true ambassador of change, you will be responsible for ensuring that the values and the integration strategy of the two companies are properly understood. You will contribute to relaying information and news to employees in a relevant manner, and coordinate actions to strengthen their sense of belonging, while facilitating the circulation of information between teams.
**On all integration-related topics**, in close collaboration with the Communication, HR, IMO teams and the Change Leaders of each programme, your tasks will be as follows
- Produce cross-functional internal content o Newsletters o Presentation materials to be distributed at events o Content to be integrated into the Eurostar Family charter, in support of the teams
- Work hand in hand with the internal communication teams to :o Feed the global planningo Provide content for distribution and ensure its relevance/consistency with the Business As Usual o Participate in the preparation of internal events o Maintain the Eurostar Family Intranet
- Consolidate, validate, update and share the general planning of speeches at all levels of integration
- Ensure compliance with the communication process (RACI)
- Contribute to the construction of the storytelling on the implementation of the target organisation, and the associated communication plan
- Coordinate interventions with the social authorities
- Support the Head of Change Management in building the change management strategy
This position can be based in Brussels, at the Thalys International headquarters or our London's Head Office (King's Cross)Frequent travel to London is expected.
As Change Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Change Management.

In your previous position(s), you have demonstrated your interpersonal and collaborative skills

You work in a rigorous, organised and structured manner
You are flexible and can adapt quickly to changes, even at the last minute
You have a good understanding of the language and culture of the company
You can write, understand and speak English fluently
