**Le Palais des Beaux-Arts (Bozar) est une institution culturelle majeure au cœur de l'Europe. Son programme multidisciplinaire allie patrimoine et création contemporaine, mêlant cultures du monde et actualité artistique belge à travers expositions, concerts, films, spectacles, littérature et conférences.**

**Afin de faciliter l’introduction d’un ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) pour Bozar et d’augmenter la qualité de la gestion de l’organisation et la collaboration entre les différents départements, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e**

**Coordinator Change Management**
- Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’introduction d’un ERP à Bozar:

- Ensemble avec le département ICT, vous coordonnez le projet d’implantation.
- Vous assurez la supervision du projet et la clarification des exigences.
- Vous aidez le fournisseur du ERP dans la préparation des ateliers de travail avec les différents départements pour adapter l’outil à leurs besoins.
- Vous assurez la communication avec le fournisseur du ERP.
- Vous assurez la collecte de feedback des utilisateurs.
- Vous organisez la formation des collaborateurs.
- Ensemble avec le Managing Director, vous travaillez à l’amélioration de la qualité de la gestion de l’organisation, vous développez et introduisez des processus de gestion et des méthodes de collaboration entre les différents départements.
- Vous aidez les différents départements de Bozar à introduire des méthodes de gestion harmonisées et modernes basées sur la confiance, le respect et un feedback permanent
- Vous aidez le Managing Director et le Comité Exécutif de Bozar à développer des outils de gestion et des instruments de communication et de reporting transparents, efficaces et fiables.
- Vous travaillez sous la responsabilité directe du Managing Director de Bozar.

**Votre profil**
- Vous avez un diplôme en gestion culturelle, sciènes humaines ou autre domaine pertinent pour la fonction.
- Vous avez une expérience d’au moins cinq ans dans la gestion d’une organisation culturelle, soit en tant que responsable soit en tant que collaborateur.trice directe du responsable.
- Vous avez un intérêt et une bonne connaissance des méthodes de gestion modernes.
- Vous avez un intérêt et une bonne connaissance d’outils stimulant la collaboration dans une organisation de taille moyenne.
- Vous avez un intérêt et une bonne expérience en matière de gestion de projets.
- Vous êtes un.e très bon communicateur.trice, vous êtes capable d’écouter et de comprendre les besoins en matière de gestion de collaborateurs de différents départements et vous parvenez à partager votre enthousiasme pour la bonne gestion d’une organisation.
- Vous êtes francophone ou néerlandophone avec une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue.
