**Job Description**:
ARHS Digital is looking for an experienced Change Manager for one of its clients, a key player in the Belgian Financial sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan, implement, and manage change initiatives while minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop strategies that support business objectives and drive positive outcomes.
The position involves managing multiple transformations, including a migration from SAP to S/4HANA with technical transformations, as well as moving the current Quote to Cash process to SAP BRIM, encompassing rewriting processes more globally.
**Responsibilities**
- Change Management Strategy: Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to address resistance and challenges during the change process.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support for change initiatives. Establish open lines of communication and address concerns to gain buy-in and support from all levels of the organization.
- Communication: Create clear and effective communication plans to ensure all impacted parties are informed about the changes. Communicate the purpose, benefits, and expected outcomes of the change to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
- Training and Development: Assess the training needs of employees affected by the change and plan training programs to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing support and resources to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Change Implementation: Oversee the execution of change initiatives, ensuring they are carried out within the established timelines and budget. Monitor progress and adjust as needed to achieve successful outcomes.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Change Culture: Foster a positive change culture within the organization by promoting adaptability, resilience, and continuous improvement. Encourage employees to embrace change and actively participate in the process.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles related to change implementation and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address resistance and roadblocks proactively to avoid project delays.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation related to change management plans, processes, and outcomes. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
- Proven experience as a Change Manager of successful transformations
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to concisely articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- A proactive "doer" with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges creatively.
