For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a **Change Manager **who will join our team.

**Languages**: English and French
**Employment Type**: Permanent or Freelance
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job**
- A connection to the internal budgeting and accounting platform
The programmed is coordinated by the SPW Digital and currently involves the General Secretariat (SG), the SPW Territory, Housing, Heritage and Energy (TLPE), the SPW Economy, Employment and Research (ERA) and the SPW Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment (ARNE) as pilot entities. The implementation of this platform can lead to changes in processes, systems and technology, profession, organization or structure.

**Experiences**:
- Proven experience in Change management of +/- 10 years (mandatory)
- +/- 10 years' experience in operational change management (mandatory)
- Relevant experience in the field of digital organization transformation (Desirable)
- Experience in the public sector (desirable)
**Skills**:
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
- appetite and passion for change management;
- Ability to influence others to work towards a common goal;
- Able to guide colleagues from a non-hierarchical position, motivate and coach them to achieve goals;
- Structured, methodical and flexible, able to manage your work in an autonomous and integrated way;

- Be familiar with project management approaches and tools, and the different phases of a project;
- Ability to cooperate at any level of the organization;
- Ability to identify the causes of a problem and its solutions;
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
Ability to influence others and move them towards a common vision or goal.
