Belfius Insurance is een innovatieve verzekeringsmaatschappij met een duidelijke groeistrategie.De afdeling Operational Excellence & change heeft als missie om de business te ondersteunen om de klantenservice op continue wijze te blijven ontwikkelen binnen een positieve en klantgerichte setting. Deze dienst staat in voor proces improvement & design, alsook om in co-creatie met management de change te begeleiden bij aanpassingen in onze manier van werken. We tekenen mee aan changeplannen en rapporteren over inzichten, trends en mogelijke verbeterpunten aan het senior management.
De dienst bestaat uit 2 teams met ieder hun missies:
- Proces management, die de huidige processen samen uittekent met de business, analyses & verbeter initiatieven uitwerkt ter ondersteuning van de operationele diensten met als doel zo efficiënt mogelijk een hoge klantenervaring te creëren.-
- Change management, die het change track begeleidt in onze dagdagelijkse way of working en hierbij het management ondersteunt bij een succesvolle change aanpak binnen projecten of veranderingsprocessen.Ben je gebeten door de “people side of change”? Voor ons change team zijn wij op zoek naar change managers.
Wat doe je precies als change manager:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van de business units en de verschillende teams doorheen het veranderingsproces.-
- Je ondersteunt projecten binnen de verschillende BU’s/afdelingen door een gestructureerde werkwijze te hanteren. In deze context ben je in staat om de stakeholders van een project te stimuleren en te coachen in hun rol.Je zorgt voor awareness over de impact van change op de organisatie.-
- Je stemt je acties af met de projectmanager/projectleider en rapporteert over de voortgang en impact van activiteiten.-
- Je streeft ernaar om change management continu te optimaliseren en neemt deel aan het vergroten van de veerkracht van de organisatie tot verandering.-
- Je creëert een gelijkgezindheid in de hele organisatie over de doelstellingen, verwachtingen en deadlines.-
- Je helpt mee aan de ontwikkeling van KPI's om de impact van change op het project en de organisatie te meten.-
- Je draagt bij aan de zichtbaarheid van het Change team, dankzij de toegevoegde waarde die gerealiseerd wordt; en ook door de implementatie van diverse acties en communicaties.**Wat mag je van ons verwachten?**:

- Kennis en ervaring - Je beschikt liefst over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma en je hebt al eerdere ervaring met change en people management binnen een dienstverlenend bedrijf.-
- Zin voor initiatief - Je bent gedreven en onderneemt spontaan gerichte en concrete acties waar nodig. Een complexe of veranderende context verlamt je niet, integendeel.-
- Teamplayer - Je werkt gestructureerd, georganiseerd maar je werkt vooral nauw samen met de business en teammanagers om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.-
- Open blik - Je gaat ook buiten onze groep op zoek naar inspiratie om onze change aanpak te verbeteren.-
- Communicatief - je beschikt over sterke communicatie vaardigheden en kunt makkelijk contacten en samenwerkingen leggen met collega’s en afdelingen. Je geeft en krijgt spontaan feedback en weet hoe je met weerstand kan omgaan.-
