Het team van Employer Branding & Corporate Communication staat in voor alle interne en externe corporate communicatie bij AG: als werkgever, als verzekeraar en als maatschappelijk geëngageerde onderneming. Om dit team te versterken, zoeken we nu een **Employer Branding & Employee Experience Manager.**
- Samen met de collega’s van HR Talent Acquisition en corporate communicatie stippel je onze **employerbrandingstrategie** Enerzijds werk je op de **naamsbekendheid** en op de **aantrekkelijkheid** van AG als werkgever op lange termijn, anderzijds ondersteun je onze recruiters bij specifieke acties zoals jobbeurzen en **gerichte rekruteringscampagnes**. Je stelt een mediaplan op om de verschillende doelgroepen te bereiken en zorgt ervoor dat de **jobsite** van AG actueel, relevant én overtuigend is om potentiële kandidaten dat laatste duwtje in de rug te geven. Je volgt de impact van de campagnes nauw op en deelt je learnings en succesverhalen met de betrokken collega’s.
- Je integreert de storylines van het werkgeversmerk ook **intern**, in nauwe samenwerking met het Internal Communications team.
- Samen met het Employee Experience-team zorg je intern ook voor **topervaringen met impact**, op specifieke momenten in het kalenderjaar en in de employee lifecycle. Denk aan de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s, zomeractiviteiten om het groepsgevoel te versterken, solidariteitsactiesmaar bijvoorbeeld ook de organisatie van strategische (netwerk)evenementen voor senior managers. Je waakt erover dat evenementen beantwoorden aan de noden van de doelgroep en zorgt voor een coherente AG-ervaring. Daarvoor werk je nauw samen met de collega’s van corporate communicatie, employer branding, corporate branding en brand activation, en externe partners. Wanneer is een evenement geslaagd? Wanneer medewerkers hun ervaring willen delen, intern en extern.
- Dat brengt ons bij je laatste grote bevoegdheidsdomein: het **ambassadeursprogramma** van AG. Je bouwt een community van ambassadeurs op, die helpen om onze initiatieven op het vlak van employer branding en employee experience mee vorm te geven, te versterken en uit te dragen. Je ontwikkelt een visie en strategie op ambassadorship en zet die om in de praktijk.
- Uiteraard sta je er niet alleen voor: je kunt rekenen op een team van zes personen, dat jij aanstuurt, motiveert en coacht.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- **Employer branding **en **employee experience **zijn helemaal je ding. Je bekijkt de zaken op **strategisch niveau**, maar kunt terugvallen op tactische ervaring om je team aan te sturen, te ondersteunen en te challengen.
- Gezien de diversiteit van je scope, ben je naast een goede **people manager** ook een **projectmanager**. Samen met je team slaag je erin om meerdere bordjes tegelijkertijd in de lucht te houden en steeds topkwaliteit af te leveren.
- Je bent **gestructureerd**, maar ook **flexibel** en **stressbestendig**.
- Je bent een **organisator**, een **coach** en een **motivator**.
- Om goed te gedijen in deze functie, kun je terugvallen op **uitstekende netwerkvaardigheden**.
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante werkervaring en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
