**Compliance Solutions Specialist - Lead the Way in Regulatory Excellence**
Are you ready to tackle the challenges of **regulatory compliance** in the dynamic insurance sector? As a **Compliance Solutions Specialist**, you’ll play a key role in guiding leading insurance companies through complex **Anti-Money Laundering (AML)** and **Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT)** requirements. With your expertise, you’ll help clients mitigate risks, stay ahead of regulations, and make a real impact in the industry.
**Your Role: What You’ll Do1. Collaborate with Clients**
- Partner with insurance companies to design and implement tailored **AML/CFT** solutions.
- Support seamless integration of compliance strategies into their operations.
**2. Cross-Functional Partnership**
- Work with internal teams to design, review, and monitor AML/CFT and sanctions detection systems.
**3. Risk Assessments**
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement across business units.
**4. Policy Development**
- Develop and refine **AML/CFT policies** to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
**5. Training & Awareness**
- Deliver impactful training sessions to increase compliance awareness among stakeholders.
**6. KYC & KYT Activities**
- Lead **Know Your Customer (KYC)** remediation and **Know Your Transaction (KYT)** monitoring efforts.
**7. Internal Controls Testing**
- Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance systems are effective and robust.
**8. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, providing expert guidance.
**9. Monitor Regulatory Changes**
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory updates, ensuring clients remain compliant in a changing landscape.
**What You Bring to the TableExperience & Skills**:
- At least **2 years of experience** in compliance, business analysis, or project management, with a focus on **AML/CFT**.
- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations related to **AML/CFT**.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a results-driven attitude.
- Fluency in **English** and **Dutch or French**.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across business levels.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
