Basée à Zaventem, notre entreprise connaît une croissance rapide et est à la recherche d’un collaborateur pour le poste d’ERP Integration Manager.

**Responsabilités**:

- **Entretien de l’ERP **:Collaborer avec les départements Opérationnel, Facturation, Comptabilité et Commercial pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’ERP.
- **Analyse des processus internes **:Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus internes et proposer des solutions efficaces.
- **Onboarding et entretien des clients **:Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour assurer l’intégration et le suivi des clients.
- **Formation des utilisateurs **:Former les utilisateurs sur l’ERP et fournir une documentation complète pour assurer une utilisation optimale.
- Maîtrise du français, néerlandais et anglais.
- Diplôme de bachelier en informatique _ou _une expérience informatique pertinente d’au moins 5 ans dans une entreprise.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Bonnes compétences commerciales.

**Over het bedrijf**:
AGX Group is een gespecialiseerd medisch logistiek bedrijf actief in de Benelux. Ons bedrijf, gevestigd in Zaventem, maakt een snelle groei door en is op zoek naar een ERP Integration Manager.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- **ERP-onderhoud**:Samenwerken met de afdelingen Operations, Billing, Accounting en Sales om ervoor te zorgen dat het ERP soepel draait.
- **Analyse van interne processen**:Mogelijkheden identificeren voor het verbeteren van interne processen en effectieve oplossingen voorstellen.
- **Onboarding en klantenzorg**:Nauw samenwerken met de verkoopteams om te zorgen voor onboarding en follow-up van klanten.
- **Gebruikerstraining**:Train gebruikers op het ERP en zorg voor uitgebreide documentatie om optimaal gebruik te garanderen

**Profiel van de kandidaat**:

- Vloeiend in Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
- Bachelordiploma IT _of_ minstens 5 jaar relevante IT-ervaring in een bedrijf
- Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
- Goede commerciële vaardigheden.
