Als toonaangevende Microsoft Gold Partner in België is GMI group actief binnen 4 automatiseringsdomeinen: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) en Business Intelligence (BI).

In het kader van de groei van onze organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde leider die invulling kan geven aan de functie van ERP Business Line Manager (met focus op Finance, Trade & Document Handling).

Als Business Line Manager ERP ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking en dagelijkse leiding van het expert team Finance, Trade & Document Handling. Binnen dit expert team ligt de focus op ERP-implementaties op basis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central aangevuld met Continia Document Management software.

**Je hebt volgende taken & verantwoordelijkheden**:
**People**:
Je bent de peoplemanager van een 20-tal medewerkers waaronder Consultants, Developers en Project Managers.
Je bouwt een teamwerking uit waarbij collega’s met elkaar kunnen connecteren en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op dezelfde golflengte zit.
Je stimuleert een actieve leercultuur alsook persoonlijke groei
- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden voor je team in samenwerking met het HR-team.

**Projects**:
Je zorgt voor een optimale inzetbaarheid van je medewerkers in de projecten en stuurt actief op KPI’s als chargeability en brutomarge.
Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie van de geleverde diensten van je team.
Je werkt nauw samen met het salesteam en faciliteert pre-sales, offerteopmaak en overdracht van sales naar operations.
Je begeleidt de projectmanagers zodat projecten on time, on budget en in scope opgeleverd worden. Waar nodig spring je bij in de rol van projectmanager.
Je onderhoudt goede relaties met je klanten en zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving zowel in project
- als supportfase.

**Product**:
Je faciliteert en coördineert het productmanagement in samenwerking met de inhoudelijke productverantwoordelijken en de ERP Technology Lead.
Je houdt vinger aan de pols in je business domein om te weten hoe het product toekomstgericht moet evolueren.

In deze uitdagende rol heb je ruime verantwoordelijkheden en een belangrijke impact op de goede werking van de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega Business Line Managers van andere teams en rapporteert aan de Operations Manager.

Je betrokkenheid naar de organisatie, je team en de klanten is groot. Je houdt graag verschillende balletjes in de lucht maar weet hierbij steeds de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Je stuurt op de rentabiliteit van je business line en neemt beslissingen die nodig zijn om deze op peil te houden. Je begrijpt zeer goed de projectwerking en stelt je hierbij klant
- en oplossingsgericht op. Je coacht je medewerkers, zowel in hun competenties als in hun performantie en motiveert hen om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven. Je geeft hierin het juiste voorbeeld.

Je hebt inzicht in bedrijfsautomatisering en kan op niveau spreken met vertegenwoordigers van diensten
- en handelsbedrijven. Door actief te netwerken hou je je sector
- en productkennis op peil en heb je oog voor opportuniteiten en business development.

Naast bovenstaande eigenschappen herken je je maximaal in onderstaande basisvereisten:
een relevante opleiding van hoger niveau, bij voorkeur master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een managementfunctie met een vergelijkbare scope
uitgesproken interesse in en/of kennis van finance en logistieke processen is een must
uitgesproken interesse in en/of kennis van ERP-automatisering door middel van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een pluspunt
een grote luistervaardigheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zowel naar je teamleaden als naar je klanten
je team kunnen coachen en motiveren om samen succesvol te zijn
resultaatgericht en gedreven om de KPI’s, tools en teamorganisatie op peil te houden
integriteit gecombineerd met een natuurlijk enthousiasme en positivisme
