Your Profile:

- You are fluent in English (TME business language)
- You have good knowledge/experience of project management, business processes and IT systems
- Knowledge and experience in MSD and/or SFMC is an add-on
- You have good negotiation skills
- You have experience in agile working framework and a good understanding on all Omni-channel architecture (OCA) components and the IT tools supporting the customer journey.

Your team and your responsibilities:
In Sales, Marketing and Customer experience, Business Process Transformation team mission is:

- Enabling the delivery of Predictable and Memorable Customer Experience, defining, consolidating and driving the implementation of (Sales and A/S) Pan-E Customer Oriented Business Process supported by the Omnichannel Pan-E IT Ecosystem.

**Your responsibilities**:
Under the responsibility of the Process/Product Owner Senior Manager (PO SM):

- You support the PO SM (Business) and the Program manager (IT) in the development of the tools including those which will replace existing systems (MDM, A2D..) and that impact different customer journeys.
- By coordinating with the concerned POs and the ITO’s (IT Owner), you will guarantee that the new developments will at least match the current solution in making the necessary changes in close collaboration with IT to enable roll out quickly in all targeted countries.
- Supporting the prioritisation process, you will ensure coordination between all PO’s and IT teams, reporting on achievements and impediments to both management lines.
- You need to ensure an overall visibility on OCA (Omni-Channel Architecture) planning and deadlines looking from NMSC (National Marketing & Sales Company) priority, team capacity (plan vs actual) and business benefit.
- You will be the PAN-E overall solution guardian and playing support function during various phases (delivery, testing and production deployment) of the new tools.
- You will be coordinating the alignment on the key platforms in use: Microsoft Dynamics (mainly CRM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (incl. Marketing automation) - with IT and different business owners
- You will be involved in the integration of CDP (customer data platform) and MDM (master data management) solutions with the above business platforms
