Dan ben jij de 1st Line Support Engineer die ik zoek voor deze functie Functie Als 1st Line Support Engineer kom je terecht in het Infrastructuur team van 8 collega's op het hoofdkantoor in Zaventem. Samen met je collega's op support ondersteunen jullie de eindgebruikers intern en on site. Je zorgt ervoor dat de business zonder problemen kan blijven draaien. Jij krijgt hier dus een divers takenpakket met veel verantwoordelijkheid:Je behandelt inkomende oproepen en mails van medewerkers omtrent IT-problemen.Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van tickets en stuurt indien nodig het ticket door naar de 2nd Line ondersteuning.Je informeert de collega's over de status van hun requests en oplossingen ervan.Je werkt volgens de opgelegde procedures en documenteert nauwkeurig. ProfielJe hebt een opleiding in IT genoten of een sterke interesse in IT en diens nieuwe technologieën.Een eerste ervaring binnen een customer service omgeving is een plus.Je bent een echte teamplayer maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken. Communiceren doe je met iedereenJe kan de collega's te woord staan in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
