2nd Line IT Support

La collaboration entre notre équipe de Second Line Support et les HR Consultants est une composante clé de notre culture d'entreprise.
**Responsabilités**: En tant que membre de notre équipe de Second Line Support, vous serez responsable de:
- Examiner et résoudre les incidents applicatifs.
- Superviser et configurer les imports de données de nos clients.
- Investiguer les problèmes associés aux imports et exports de données.
- Créer et exécuter des requêtes SQL.
- Assister et conseiller notre 1st ligne et nos HR Consultants.
- Assurer le bon déroulement des mises à jour des environnements (intervention sur base de données).
- Transmettre, après analyse, les anomalies / bugs aux développeurs et suivre les corrections.
- Garantir à la qualité du produit et à la satisfaction de nos clients.
Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de MS SQL, des notions de programmation (.NET core, C#, React) et une aisance en Excel pour gérer l'export et l'import de données clients.
Vous êtes proactif, aimez rechercher des solutions, partager vos connaissances et proposer des améliorations.
La créativité, le pragmatisme et la résolution efficace des incidents et problèmes sont des compétences essentielles.
Vous êtes autonome mais aimez travailler en équipe.
Vous êtes un milles pattes et savez jongler entre plusieurs tâches.
Vous possédez un Bachelier en informatique ainsi que 1 an d'expérience en support / Helpdesk Notre client crée des solution 100% digitales afin de faciliter en fonction de vos besoins les différents processus RH.
