We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team and support one of our main clients, located in Braine L'Alleud.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT Support Engineer, your role will involve providing 1st and 2nd line on-site user support. This includes analyzing incidents, issues, and service requests, suggesting solutions, and assisting with their implementation. You will also handle escalations and ensure follow-up.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Onsite Support
  • IT Minute Support (Tech Bar)
  • Meeting Room Support
  • Setting up Workstations for new employees
  • Assisting with mobile device support (Configuration and delivery)
  • Maintaining and updating documentation
  • Managing Leaver Processes and handling hardware returns
  • Incident, Task, and Request Management
  • Local Stock Management

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be skilled in customer interactions, possess hands-on technical expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience with Microsoft Applications
• Knowledge of supporting Mobile and hand-held devices
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data
• Previous exposure to corporate IT environments is advantageous
• Outstanding customer-facing and communication abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and French
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Holder of a valid driver's license B
