Network Technical Architect

Nous recherchons un Network Architect dans le cadre de différents projets pour lesquels un appui CIS est nécessaire (notamment des projets Infra):
MISSION:
;o Prendre connaissance et analyser les besoins IT des nouveaux projets;
; ;o Etablir l’architecture et les paramètres réseaux de base du projet (plan IP, modalité d’adressage, arborescence et architecture DNS, enclaves réseaux nécessaires, accès à distance, etc.)
; ;o Coordonner avec les gestionnaires de matériels des réseaux concernés (MatMan) ;(notamment LAN et WAN) le raccordement des bâtiments et installations (fibre optique, câblage structuré, Service Aggregation Routers, infastructure (W)LAN, ) lorsque c’est nécessaire;
; ;o Choisir le(s) réseau(x) adéquat(s) pour l’interconnexion de systèmes sur les infrastructures de la Défense ; le cas échéant coordonner la mise en œuvre de réseau(x) dédié(s) correspondant aux besoins du clients (VRF/VPRN, VPLS, circuits points à point Ethernet, etc.) ;
; ;o Sur base des besoins en connectivité, établir les demande d’ouvertures de flux réseaux lorsque ceux-ci transitent par un firewall ;
; ;o Identifier les éventuels écarts entre les besoins des clients et ce que la Défense est à même d’offrir comme services réseau et IT, et remonter l’information à temps afin de minimiser l’impact sur les projets clients à venir ;
; ;o En collaboration avec le client, établir les schémas réseaux pour les différents (éco)systèmes à intégrer sur l’infrastructure IT de la Défense ;
- Considérer en permanence la sécurité de systèmes IT de la Défense lorsque des architectures/configurations sont proposées ou analysées. Ne jamais sacrifier la sécurité sur l’autel de la facilité ;
- Participer à la rédaction des politiques de la Défense en matière IT en conciliant les besoins évolutifs en la matière avec les impératifs de sécurité liés à la nature de notre domaine d’activité ;
- Participe à la rédaction des parties techniques des cahiers de charges dans le domaine réseau et IT, ainsi qu’à l’évaluation des réponses reçues ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les collègues de l’équipe architecture afin de maintenir les efforts et la vision synchronisée ;
Compétences requises:
- Bonne compréhension/maîtrise des technologies réseaux et de leurs interdépendances transversales à travers les différentes couches du modèle OSI
- Autonomie et capacité d’apprentissage autodidacte
- Aptitude à communiquer (adéquation au public cible ; précision ; clarté ; collaboration)
; ;o Aptitude à traduire les concepts IT complexes en langage compréhensible pour le non-initié
