What will you be doing?:
As Local Offices & Facilities coordinator, you are responsible for all BDO’s office buildings in Flanders. This means that you are the single point of contact for all technical queries and issues concerning these buildings. Whenever there are issues or requests, you get in touch with the right people and ensure that solutions are found as quickly as possible. At the same time, you keep all the various stakeholders informed.
At the Reception Process Owner’s request, you also monitor various processes together to ensure that our services are both high quality and cost efficient. You follow up on and deal with suppliers, pay visits to the various offices at regular intervals and report on these collaborations and processes to the Reception Process Owner.

Nederlands, Français, English; you can express yourself fluently in all three languages, both written and spoken.
- You have a good knowledge of MS and SharePoint.
