The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing the consumer marketing strategy for our brands, Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, POM Wonderful and Pomegreat. This role will be the link between our sales, finance, vertically integrated operations, and creative agency teams.

The Associate Brand Manager will work with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and execute marketing plans that support the fast growth of our diverse businesses. The position will report to the Marketing Director.
- Responsible for driving cross-functional organization, planning, and execution of marketing programs and campaigns
- Partner with Marketing Director and external agencies to define creative, media, and PR strategies, providing direction for our marketing/creative campaigns
- Leverage multiple data sources to analyze the performance of our brands, as well as relevant categories, and tracks key success metrics around our marketing efforts. (Circana data, internal data, brand trackers, ad hoc research)
- Partner with Sales to develop effective trade marketing activations, provide creative, analytical, and ad-hoc support with focus on EU /UK
- Manage ongoing packaging updates and point-of-sale initiatives by working closely with sourcing, print production, and NPD (New Product Development)
- Manage marketing budget tracker and proposes corrective measures if needed
- Together with the Senior Brand Manager, responsible for master data accuracy, both internally and on third-party platforms (e.g. GS1 - Aecoc)

**Qualifications**
- ** Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.**:

- Up to 3 years marketing experience within the FMCG industry, preferably food - related
- BA degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate interdivisional networking
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient understanding of the following areas: packaging, advertising, promotions, point-of-sale marketing
- Strong analytical acumen to offer fact-based strategic insights
- Experience working with syndicated data, preferably Circana or ACNielsen
- Languages: EN required + at least one other EU language (FR / IT preferred)
