**FUNCTION**
To achieve your mission as a **Customer Excellence and Business Partner **you are always one step ahead, curious by nature and questioning the sales objectives in order to find the best solutions to reach new peaks of growth...
As an innovative customer-excellence partner that has experience delivering high impact Business solutions in the field of languages and cultural services, you are able to design and develop strong commercial strategies.
Using your experience, you will work with the commercial department to assess, coordinate, ensure quality and develop the ongoing commercial objectives of the group.
Thanks to your strategic vision, you will develop the Key Account portfolio through targeted strategic prospecting (70% of the time), generate new sales and win tenders that will develop into long-term major client relationships. Existing customer relationship management represents 30% of the time by ensuring a good understanding of their issues.
You will also coordinate and write winning proposals for tenders issued by the BEL 20 companies in Belgium under the lead of your Chief Marketing Officer.
Here are some other tasks that you will accomplish with rigor and enthusiasm:
- You anticipate risks and prepare a clear go-no go decision strategy;
- You support the internal sales department with your communications expertise;
- You evaluate the proposal needs and liaise with operations teams (planification, internal sales, international teams), partners, suppliers and experts;
- You control and manage complex budgets.
**Who are your clients?** They are mostly in the Top Belgian Company List. You will have exclusive contacts with Human Resources Managers, Learning and Development Managers, International Mobility Managers, Corporate University Managers and/or the purchasing department of large companies.
**ABOUT YOU**
- You have at least a 3 year’s experience in either services, trainings sales force, Customer excellence or Business development roles;
- You have an excellent Dutch writing/speaking skills (native or equivalent). Your level of English is B2. The knowledge of French is an asset because it’s the language of the company;
- You are able to manage processes oriented sales projects;
- You have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relations;
- You have excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and presentation skills;
- You have a good understanding of an interest in the workings with the top Belgian based companies;
- You feel comfortable in designing and developing sales plans and strategies.
