**Job Title Hotel Manager**
**Salary: €4,000 - €4,500 per month**
**Location: Brussels**

With around 700 beds in the property, **this role is perfect for experienced front office managers/operations who want to step up in their career or for hostel managers looking to improve**
**What we need**:

- Experience managing a hotel or hostel
- A bachelor’s or master degree in hotel management or similar field
- Motivated leader who enjoys guiding a diverse, joyful team
- Knowledge of the Brussels market and legislation
- A solution-driven mentality, showing strong commitment and an entrepreneurial way of thinking
- Familiar with systems like Fidelio, Micros, etc
- Fluent in **English** and **French**. **Dutch** is a plus
**You will be**:

- Responsible for all **operational** tasks in the hotel, including recruitment, reporting, budget planning, etc.
- Ensuring high levels of **guests experience** at all times
- Making sure the property is well-staffed in all departments
- In charge of around **50 employees** in total, including 2 Assistant Managers reporting to you directly
- Create a **safe** and inclusive environment for colleagues and guests

Motivating** the team to reach their goals by giving continuous feedback and discussing personal development

- Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the hotel are respected
