**Business Process Owner (BPO) Specialist**

We are seeking a BPO specialist who will be responsible for continuous improvement in operational processes (Quote-to-contract (QTC) and order to cash (OTC) and IT systems (SAP, Salesforce) to drive efficiency and standardized way of working across the organisation. The BPO specialist is responsible for running reports, providing insights through analysis and performing audits of IT tool usage. Operational responsible for the roll out of improvements on current IT tools and for the local implementation of new (centrally defined) tools.

**Duties**
- The BPO specialist is the local process owner of Quote-to-contract (QTC) and order to cash (OTC) processes and drives continuous improvement on system driven sales processes.
- You represent Belgium in our global community.
- You will document our existing processes, but also all changes and you create training materials and provide continuous training to ensure adherence to the defined ways of working.
- You give support in maintaining our system and ensure process discipline.
- You will be responsible for problem-solving and trouble-shooting in the system to ensure flow through from Quote-to-contract (QTC) and order to cash (OTC).
- You need to monitor interface process (business process monitoring) where you will fix small issues yourself, otherwise you log the issue in the helpdesk.
- You monitor cases and formulate improved standardized way of working to reduce number of cases.
- You monitor the data quality on Quote-to-contract (QTC) and order to cash (OTC) related data objects, flag deviations and you will take or propose corrective actions.
- You will develop, update and maintain reports on order & contracts activities and customer overviews.
- You give support to the management by creating and analysing reports for strategic and tactical purposes.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- You have at least a Bachelor's Degree, or five years of relevant professional experience (preferably in FMCG & in a B2B environment).
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
- You have a strong knowledge of CRM IT packages (preferably Salesforce), SAP ECC and reporting tools (preferably Salesforce, SAP BW/SAP HANA, Power BI).
- You can perfectly handle MS Office package.
- You have a strong understanding of process management and excellent computer/system agility (IT capabilities).
- You have highly developed analytical, numerical, creative problem solving and data compilation skills.
- You have a proven track record of time and priority management; Planning and prioritizing while keeping the overview.
- You have a highly analytical mind with a deep sense of curiosity. You offer a strong experience with extracting, analysing and presenting information.
- You are able to effectively communicate and influence others. Internal stakeholder management skills are key in this position.
