**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Roles**

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including sample preparation, equipment setup, and instrument calibration.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, including proper disposal of waste and maintenance of supplies.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to conduct experiments and tests.
- Record and report data accurately, paying close attention to details and maintaining proper documentation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Troubleshoot instrument issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Assist in quality control activities, including sample analysis and verification of results.
- Participate in the implementation of quality assurance measures in the laboratory.
- Collaborate with scientists and researchers to support ongoing projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to laboratory meetings and discussions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
**The Ideal Profile**

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, or related field).
- Proficient in laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
