**Wat ga jij doen?**:
Technici van het European Technology Centre (ETC) ondersteunen verschillende business units van ExxonMobil. Hun dagelijkse werk omvat het exploiteren van pilot-eenheden voor materiaaltest
- en procesontwikkelingsactiviteiten, evenals materiaalsynthese en analytische technieken die bijdragen aan verschillende programma's. De reikwijdte van deze projecten wordt bepaald door de technologieorganisatie, op basis van R&D- of productieprioriteiten. Technologiewetenschappers en ingenieurs werken nauw samen met onderzoekstechnici en geven werkaanvragen en de achtergrond aan.

Als Onderzoekstechnicus zal je:

- Het laboratoriumapparatuur veilig bedienen. Dit omvat het opstarten, afsluiten, onderhoud, het verzamelen van monsters, het loggen van gegevens, het instellen van de voorwaarden, enz.
- Communiceren en samenwerken met verschillende groepen en contactpersonen.
- Tegelijkertijd zelfstandig werken aan het plannen en organiseren van binnenkomende werkaanvragen.
- Ce taakstatus rechtstreeks aan aanvragers communiceren
- Gegevens van hoge kwaliteit genereren en rapporteren
- Het belang van details begrijpen, beschikken over goede observatievaardigheden en activiteiten feilloos uitvoeren om aan de kwaliteitseisen te voldoen.
- Nadat u ervaring heeft opgedaan, wordt u eigenaar van de bijbehorende apparatuur en stelt u ideeën voor om de veiligheid en efficiëntie te verbeteren.

**Wie zoeken wij?**:
Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die aan de volgende criteria voldoen:

- Bachelordiploma in Scheikunde, Productietechnologie, Chemische/Werktuigbouwkunde, of gelijkwaardig.
- Engelse taalvaardigheid op essentieel niveau (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Kennis van aanvullende talen is een pluspunt.
- Sterke focus op veiligheid.
- Sterke observatie
- en rapportage-/communicatievaardigheden.
- Teamspeler en tegelijkertijd zelfstandig kunnen presteren.
- Flexibel zijn en tegelijkertijd bereid zijn zich aan procedures te houden en het belang ervan in grote organisaties te begrijpen.
- Proactief zijn en initiatief nemen.
- Gepassioneerd om te leren.
