As a Shop Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our hotel guests and visitors. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring the shop operates smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and retail.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with purchases and promote upselling where appropriate.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure displays are well-organized and visually appealing, following brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and inform management of any low stock items.
- Restock shelves and ensure items are properly labeled and priced.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times.
- Ensure the security of merchandise and handle products with care.
- Report any issues, damages, or discrepancies to the management.
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing special promotions, in-store events, and marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about hotel services and provide recommendations to customers as needed.

**TALENT PROFILE**

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in retail or customer service (preferably within a luxury environment).

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
