**Security Manager (M/V)**
**Beveiligingsmanager (M/V)**
**(Haren - Brussels)**
JOUW ROL:
- De Safety Manager zorgt, adviseert en assisteert het management bij het definiëren van het veiligheidsmanagementsysteem, zorgt voor de implementatie, coördinatie en monitoring ervan.
UW MISSIES:
- Cultiveer een veiligheidscultuur door middel van animatie, informatie, opleiding van het personeel en preventie van risico's die verband houden met hun activiteiten.
- Implementeer het Divisieveiligheidsbeleid met medewerkers van de locatie en dienstverleners.
- Zorg ervoor dat de vaardigheden van het personeel op het gebied van verplichtingen en gezondheids
- en veiligheidsaspecten toereikend zijn.
- Neem deel aan de analyse van risico's en storingen, signaleer risicosituaties en formuleer aanbevelingen, waaronder het algemeen preventieplan en het jaarplan.
- Garandeer de naleving van procedures, instructies en best practices.
- Zorg voor managementmonitoring van incidenten en grote gebeurtenissen, met name arbeidsongevallen.
- Activeer, indien nodig, de veiligheidsdiagnostiek die nodig is voor het juiste onderhoud van het gezondheids
- en veiligheidssysteem.
- Organiseer bezoeken en veiligheidsaudits om te zorgen voor regelmatige aanwezigheid op het terrein met managers en teams ter plaatse.
- Zorg voor monitoring van alle veiligheidsgerelateerde actieplannen, inclusief wettelijke controles.
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Preventieadviseur.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het wet
- en regelgevingskader, evenals van preventie-instrumenten zoals risicobeoordeling, analyse van arbeidsongevallen, en normen.
- Diepgaande kennis van ISO-normen en managementsystemen.
- Bewezen competentie in audittechniek.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement en crossfunctioneel management.
- Veldpersoonlijkheid, docent, in staat teams te leiden.
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en in staat om zijn communicatie aan te passen aan zijn gesprekspartner
- Mogelijkheid om gegevens in te stellen en te analyseren, en actieplannen te organiseren en te beheren.
- Proactief en proactief in continue verbetering.
